It’s the Target/Varminter in the Grand Slam line. You get two reticle choices - a fine crosshair with a center dot or Weaver’s proven Varminter reticle. The 6-20×40mm has an offset parallax indicator and adjustment dials with low profile target-style finger controls and move at 1/8 minute of angle adjustments (MOA).
